Hello Everyone.
Terryann will be leaving to go teach in Bracknell UK and October has her traveling quite a bit during the month so stay tuned to find out when she will be here for the group sessions.
This Monday’s group will be a bit different. Terryann will be choosing one person to do a Nikides Session to remove blocks.
If you can’t make it to Le Urban Retreat don’t forget you can always join through Skype.
